ADMISSION ADVANCE :- Admission advance must be paid at the time of admission to cover the expenses for surgery/treatment. Personal cheques are not accepted.
SETTLEMENT OF BILLS :- Settlement of bills must be done on its presentation. Pending payments as per the due slip should be cleared immediately. Please collect receipt for all payments made.
PATIENT’S BELONGINGS :- Please do not bring any valuables in the hospital. The management will not in any way whatsoever, be responsible for any loss or damage to the patient's belongings.
SERVICES :- Services of medical, nursing, housekeeping and maintenance staffs are available round the clock. In case of any difficulty, contact your nursing station /doctor on duty.
VISITING HOURS :-
In wards between 5-7 pm. In ICU morning 11.00 am-12.00 noon and evening from 5.00-6.00 pm
Guidelines for Visitors :
1) Only
one relative is allowed to stay with a patient.
2) In case you must visit a patient, please check-in with the
screening desk.
3) To prevent spread of infection and to enhance safety measures within the hospital, we kindly ask for your
cooperation to refrain from visiting patients at the hospital.
4) Kindly wear
mask during visit.
5) No patient/watcher/attendant is allowed to carry patient’s chart.
6)
“No smoking” policy must be strictly observed inside hospital premises at all times.
7) Observe courtesy, discipline and absolute
silence at all times.
8) At the time of admission, you will be issued
passes for attendants and visitors. Please request your attendant and visitors to wear/display these passes while in the hospital premises. In case of loss of the pass, you may get in touch with the Concierge Desk located in the hospital main entrance.
9) Visits by children under the
age of 12 are not allowed on patient floors.
10) Use of mobile phones is prohibited .If you must use your cell phone in approved areas, please speak in a soft tone so that other patients are not disturbed.
